- Fast, convenient, Looks good.
- Bad points:
- The water doesn't get hot enough as it doesn't reach boiling point. The 'slider' for the amount of water is too loose and has to be reset every time the machine is moved or cleaned. It makes a very loud clunking noise when ready

- This product is a great idea. Once you've worked out where to put the dial to suit your own cups and mugs you're away.

Because the unit is constantly reboiling the some of the same water over and over, every cup has a horrible 'metallic' taste to it. It was so bad that we returned our product - I never reboil water in my ordinary kettle as I hate the taste. I presumed the unit would just boil the water needed for the one cup but it does a bit more than needed then takes fresh water from the tank to 'top it up'.
The unit is also really heavy to handle.

- Good points:
- does what its supposed to, stylish, easy to fill
- Bad points:
- too easy to knock the sliding switch that adjusts the amount of water bolied., the water comes out at a slight angle from the spout, the steel tray the cup sits on is scratched and marked too easily, should be a bigger capacity, should boil faster.

Hard to see how much water is left in the tank.
Water does NOT come out boiling, so to get gravy/sauce granules to thicken you either have to heat manually or in the microwave till boiling.

- Good points:
- What it was bought for boiling 1 cup at a time. Looks stylish, has a good storage capacity, As we all Morphy Richards products a standard 2 year guarantee.
- Bad points:
- Cup quantity selector is flimsy and a bit random. It will not fill large cups in one go. Found I still need a kettle as well for cooking and Meno is not really suitable for topping hot drinks up. This is not a product fault just it is limited in its design to do a really specific job which it does quite well.

- Easier to use than a kettle you just push the button and it fills the cup for you.
- Bad points:
- difficult to fill without lifting off the base this means that it is heavy to lift when you have filled it (due to illness I am very weak). Does make some strange noises.
