Removable tray is perfect, no more wet counters! - Bad points:
- It's very difficult to see how much water is in the unit. A light inside it would be handy or a clear container.

- Fast, convenient, Looks good.
- Bad points:
- The water doesn't get hot enough as it doesn't reach boiling point. The 'slider' for the amount of water is too loose and has to be reset every time the machine is moved or cleaned. It makes a very loud clunking noise when ready

- Fast boiling bit noisey but that is down to rapid boiling of the water, easy to clean wish i had bought it earlier.
- Bad points:
- Water level difficult to see as the tank is opaque and not enough light gets through.
