+ Smart appearance, easy to follow instructions, good viewing window. Best point is probably the fact that the paddle retracts - brilliant.

- The only not so good point is the design of the bin. I prefer a "lengthways" bin enabling a crust along the top of the loaf rather than one end!

+ Simple to use, easy instructions and tasty bread!

- Find it hard to remove drop down blade which is always left in bread.

+ It's not too difficult to use and the results have been good.

- It's very big so I thought the 'compact' description was a bit misleading!

+ It is working well and doing all we want

- No problems in the short time we have had it

+ Very Quick and easy to use Great Fresh bread without any problems

- Blade gets stuck in bottom of loaf most times so last 2 slices have holes in middle

+ Brilliant for making glutein-free bread, which is the main reason I bought it. Easy to make and excellent results - no hanging around kneading dough, and waiting for it to rise. Would be even easier for ordinary bread, with a variety of recipes given. Wonderful to wake to the smell of freshly baked bread.

+ Outside casing easy to clean. Quiet running.

- Dials are set too high for the average woman to read. Drop down blade has to be propped up whilst ingredients are added. Compared to my old Morphy Richards breadmaker this is a lot more fiddly to use.
