- Good points:

High pressure (15 bar) means a proper coffee taste.
It makes a cup of coffee very quickly.
Very easy to use.
Good looking machine.
- Bad points:

The steam spout does not detach for easy cleaning - which has to be done after each use.
Cannot put a tall mug under the twin outlet holes - if you want a big mug of coffee you have to transfer coffee from a small cup to larger mug with hot milk in it.
Noisy - but I think they all are.
