- Easy to fill, good flex length.
- Bad points:
- larger than what I expected and heavier. Haven't really had time to use properly but found it left lines in clothes whilst ironing (forward & backward motion). Will investigate further when I am able as I have a broken leg at moment.

- I've had a few irons in my time and this is the comfiest to hold that i've had so far, i suffer with the start of arthritis in my hands so the lightness and narrow handle are just right. It is great for getting creases out of shirts because of the extra steam facility. I like it so much I treated my daughter to one for christmas.

- the first time I used it after ironing a few items it became sticky on the bottom but I cleaned it off and since then its ok
