+ The best vacuum cleaner I have ever used...it is so good at picking up pet hair and no having to go over the carpet again and again ......it's easy to store and easy to change tools ......I love it ....thank you Miele for making my life easier.

+ the best suction power money can buy! easy to use/pull around, very strong. it gets 100% of the pet hairs up off my carpets.

- not such a bad thing but you have to get used to hoovering forwards to pick up grit as if you drag the head towards you it flicks them behind you! probably because of the cyclone technology, not sure.
