Score 9.0/10+ Internal light, large drum, senses when clothes are dry, very quick (compared to a washer dryer anyway!)
- Sensor is good, but we wash dense towelling nappies and a few have come out slightly damp and had to put in again.

Score 1.0/10+ Fairly quiet.
- Where do I begin. I have spent 4 hours today trying to dry two towels and they are still wet. I put them on the cotton extra dry cycle and every 10 minutes the drier stops saying finished and clean out airways- the filter has been clear of any fluff. I have super king size duvet covers which while drying get tangled up as soon as you open the door to untangle them the cycle goes back to the beginning them stops as the sensor says the contents are dry. The only cycle that will operate after that is warm air which takes ages to dry. I am having the same problem with lots of other items the dryer saying items are dry but some are still soaking wet. I wish I had never consulted Which and am so glad I have my old dryer in the garage. I can not believe I spent so much money on something that claimed to be so good.

Score 9.0/10+ Incredible 'sensor' to give an automatic timing for drying. Lovely big drum - takes quilts and large loads.
- Buzzer for cycle end - keeps on and on - so annoying - must learn how to turn it off.

Score 9.0/10+ My old dryer took ages to dry a load (sometimes 2-3 hours and even then it would come out damp) - Hotpoint Aquarius condenser. Bought this due to reviews being good on it and am very happy. Has very short drying times, and if you put it on auto it will sense the amount of drying time it needs automatically. Also, with the name of Miele you are assured of reliability.
- None really

Score 9.0/10+ Very quiet, extremely easy to use. The filter is very easy to change, it's located in the door and lifts out to empty and slots back in very easily. Seems to hold alot of clothes, I have king sized duvet covers, sheets and towels, plus other whites etc. and it dries the lot in under an hour, which is great! This dryer is vented, which is much better, clothes are drier quicker and there's no condenser to empty and no damp in the air. I'd definitely recommend this product.
- On the very odd occasion something may still be damp (only happened twice) and I'd like the option to put on manual override but it's sensor has said the washing was dry, even though one or two items had a damp patch. However, there is a 'warm air' cycle where you can run the machine for 20 minutes on warm air which seemed to combat it. To be honest this happened in the beginning but hasn't since

- Door opening mechanism seems a bit plasticky. I'm not convinced it will last.

It's hard to see how the performance of this machine could be improved - easy to use, quiet, excellent drying performance, and appears to be built like a tank.
A very useful feature is that it can be set to vent to either side or to the back.
Fluff filters are accessible and easy to clean
Not cheap, but well worth the price.
- Only possible problem is that the door is hinged on the left and cannot be reversed

Score 10.0/10+ It is easy to use, quiet, works well and is very efficient. It does exactly what it says it does.

Score 9.0/10+ The dryer is quiet and energy efficient.
- Would prefer to have the option of programming less than 20 mins of drying. Sometime a cotton load need just an extra 5 mins, but would be too dry on the extra dry option.
