+ Very quiet, light and easy to move around. long floor tube so you dont have to bend over to hoover.

- lot of money for a hoover even though it is a good one.

+ I have 2 dogs and 3 grandchildren and this is the first cleaner I have owned that takes up all dogs hairs and leaves all types of floor clean!! Also I am disabled so cannot lift anything too heavy- Cat and Dog is so easy to lift and move about! -All I can say is brilliant and thank you!!

- Bags are not reuseable so fill up quickly and are expensive to replace

+ Very powerful, plus the variable suction power is useful. All necessary attachments. The extra power heads for carpets are a bonus. I've owned Dysons, Electrolux's and Hoovers...this is the best of the lot. Highly recommended for the money!

- I've 4 floors to manage so it gets a bit heavy - but there is a smaller power head specifically for stairs which is ideal.

+ The vacumme power is great, I've got two cats and a dog, who gets very muddy! and now with this hoover you wouldn't know there are any pets in the house. It's quite nippy too on a run.

- The only thing I would say is that it's a bit heavy - my Mum does most of the hoovering in our house whilst I'm out at work and it's a bit heavy for the stairs, would be great to have a light weight version with as good a power..

+ Excellent suction, and great for hard floors too. Variable suction means you're not just blowing the dust around on the wooden floor. With four cats and three kids, I really needed a decent hoover, now I have one!

- None! I actually like the bags, bagless claim to be less hassle but I always found I got covered in dust fiddling about with them when emptying.

+ What a brilliant product!! I have used a few other vacuum cleaners, and dont think its appropriate to mention the names, Miele has the best results of all. Its extremely powerful and does the job very well. I'd recommend this to anyone who needs a vacuum that really makes a difference!!

+ Everything. I was particularly impressed with the build quality, everything feels so solid and is well thought out. I hummed and haahed over buying this for weeks as it's around 4 times the price of similar vacuums, but in this case you really do get what you pay for. Worth every penny.

- None really. Maybe a couple more bags would be have been nice (it's supplied with 2) but that's just me being tight :-)
