Good points:: Purchased quite recently but pleased with it's performance. This hoover is compact but packs a big punch! Very powerful suction, I find even the lowest setting picks up dirt well. The lead goes in smoothly when the button is pressed; I often had to fight to get all the cord in with my last hoover. Recommended to my sister who bought one as well.

Good points:: Excellent suction and the brush on the carpet head is great for picking up cat hair.
Like the option to alter suction power.
Bad points:: The bristles on the dusting brush could be a little bit stronger.

Good points:: Extremally powerful an very quiet. Carpet looks like new. Dust bag last for long, filter is easy to replace and is never blocked like DYSON one.
Product highly recommended. Other users said that MIELE product last for aprox. 20 years.
