Miele Revolution PLUS 5000 Reviews: , Cylinder, Bagged Vacuum cleaner

+ Excellent suction, convenient controls on handle, and easy to change accessories whilst cleaner is in use due to foot release pedal on turbo brush. Brush stops turning and headlight goes out automatically when handle is up in the upright position. Build quality is superb. (This is my third Miele in 14 years - all are still working but I can't resist the constantly improving technology!)

- Takes a little more storage space than previous models, but it's the trade off for having the quick release pedal on the turbo brush where the attachment clips used to be.

+ A very well designed machine; excellent performance and very easy to use having all the controls on the hose end. Power brush very efficient and variable suction good for cleaning all types of carpets including delicate chinese rugs.

- The efficient power brush head is heavy and large otherwise there are no other bad points.

+ Solid, powerful and very easy to use. Clearly a very high quality vacuum cleaner. The powered cleaning head is marvellous, and so well balanced that it stands upright when not attached to the cleaner. Best vacuum we have ever owned.
