Failed to ensure backward compatibility on software for printer/scanner (from the same maker of the PC). Backward compatibility was the sole purpose of buying the upgrade.
Gave error messages during the set-up that were lies....cause a lot of wasted time phoning numbers. The solution.....restart the computer....typical Microsoft crap.
