- Good points:
- Microsoft build quality, excellent sound pick up.
- Bad points:
- Had to copy dvd to hard drive before I could install it. Once copied, install took over 30 mins as updates are downloaded as part of the process. Has very high real world hardware requirements for a web cam. Can be quite laggy on slower PCs. Would not recommend as a cheap alternative would probably be easier to install and run better.

- As with so many Microsoft products, it takes over the machine. Constant pop-up windows on start-up (I do not want to have to unplug it all the time) Hate it. Has tipped the balance for me to buy a Mac which I now have and is far less intrusive.
