- Good points:
- It looks much better than previous versions
- Bad points:
- It is quite a task to get used to the new menu bar - I'm used to XP so this is quite a jump... and often really frustrating when i can't find what I need!

- Good points:
- You can save files as a PDF which has proved to be very useful. I like the "ribbon" format although it does take a bit of getting used to trying to remember where all the functions are.
- Bad points:
- No Microsoft Outlook with the package but that's all I can think of at the moment.

- Good points:
- Easy to use.
- Bad points:
- Get confused about where certain things are but that could be because I'm use to the old version. Might take a bit more time to get use to where everything is.

- Good points:
- I dont use it, for my son.
- Bad points:
- Too much stuff, incompatible with older 200pro with regards to idiots using it and getting to forget to add "files save as old style" icons. Adding icons of choice cumbersome.

- Good points:
- It's MS Office - you know what to expect. I was lucky enough to buy it at the point when I could get a free upgrade to 2010!
- Bad points:
- Shame about the massive hike in price to get Publisher as well.
