- Good points:
- Does what it says on the box - I always go for this one - it does what I need for, what I think is, a reasonable price.
- Bad points:
- Office 2010 takes a bit of getting used to if your previous computer was XP Office 2003 or earlier, but stick with it and you will find it is actually really good.

- Good points:
- Everything except Outlook works OK
- Bad points:
- Outlook is a disaster! Continually hangs - sometimes you can't even send email. Despite having help from a Professional the programme is still a big problem.

Score 8.0/10There are aspects of Word like multi-level number formats that would test the patience of a saint.
It ain't cheap.
