- too awkward to use

+ its very easy to load music on or off the mp3 + keep a few batteries in your pocket and youve got music all week

- ive got a 2 gig one when batteries run out you start from begginning but otherwise best one ive ever brought and ive brought a few.

- This product comes with exceptionally poor software. new software to operate it correctly can fail (as mine did).The process of doing thsi takes hours. I have had to reformat numerous times

- I bought this item for a friend all it did cut the song or turn the MP3 of I wasnt happy with tis item i will never buy it

+ It has quite a large memory and so holds a lot of songs which was perfect for me at the time.

- It doesn't work. The first time I received the product, it would not work at all and I could not get any music on it so I had te return it. It was then replaced and was working fine for a week or so and then just completely refused to work, it wouldn't even switch on! About four months later, I came across it and tried switching it on and it worked! I have been using it for the past two weeks, had no real problems, could play music nad upload new music onto it. Then last night I put some more new music on it and this morning it refuses to work again. It switches on but then is showing no music whatsoever so is therefore completely useless!

+ I was impressed with the voice recording function and the amount of memory available. Having said that you aren't always able to hear playback for some reason.

- It doesnt play every track that has been loaded, some never play at all. I am only able to hear every track via windows media player. So, as a result i have been unable to use this product and i am very disappointed.

+ very cheap not bad sound ,its small neat easy to use and being cheap you are not scared of breaking it even though it is robust enough to be used at work like i do.. you arent scared of throwing it on the back seat etc

- if you dont put the right quality of of music on ie =128 bit or higher it tends to be a little fussy and wont play some tracks if the quality is poor .

- confusing to use - interface lighting went and couldn't get it back again. waste of money and time

+ I bought this reconditioned MP3 player as a Christmas present for my daughter. The good points were that:
1. It was excellent value for money
2. It was nice looking and compact enough to keep in a handbag or pocket
3. It had a very large storage capacity

- The bad points are:
1. It stopped working properly around mid February, and my daughter could only listen to it in short bursts before
it switched itself off
2. It appears to have deleted more than half of the tracks she put onto it

- no menu, poor display you basically have to skip songs to find what you want to listen to totally out of date get with the times

+ Basic MP3 player that is good value for money. It does plays the downloaded music well and it takes standard rechargeable AAA bateries.

- The ear phones are only just acceptable for receiving sounds. Using a better pair does improve the situation.

+ The product is excellent, good quality sound, you can easily store your data. Overall product is excellent.

- When you turn it on you have to change the settings every time. Sometimes to find out how to change a setting it is trial and error as instructions were not provided with the product.
