- 2-player fun has been destroyed by the removal of head-to-head battle and racing modes. Rather than give you the option of playing these modes exclusively with a friend, Nintendo has made it compulsory that you play amongst additional computer opponents. I can only imagine that they took this decision because it is easy, but I expect more from Nintendo. Previous Mario Kart games were the best 2-player games available on any console. Surely Nintendo would want to preserve these 2-player modes as an option on future games?

- It's Mario Kart. :/ Also, the whole ranking system to unlock characters and karts needs to go away, as do blue shells!

+ Easy to set up and use, came with the Wheel so didn't have to buy it seperately. Good background music and the graphics are excellent. Good choice of characters to play with. You can play in both automatic and manual mode, at various engine speeds and with different types of car and bikes.

- The wheel takes time to get used to using, but you can play with the wii remote and nunchuck which is probably easier if your not used to racing games or the sensitivities of the wii console.

+ Great fun to play against the children, especially when they are so much better than me!

+ My 3 children, (14, 13 & 9), and husband, have loved playing this! They can do competitions on their own, or race against each other. It's a great family game. You don't need to buy extra wheels - it works just as well with the remote & nunchuk.

- The graphics are okay, but could be better. My 14 yr old didn't find it very challenging but I did!

+ The good points are that you can play with family members as well and that it is very easy to follow since buying this procuct all my friends and family have bought it on my recommendation and they are all thrilled with it.

+ haven't played many of games myself but my kids (aged 5 &9) love it. Have got Cars on Wii also, this seems more challenging.

- Just can't beat the kids on any of the games - think this says more about my ineptidue than faults with game.
You definitely need at least 2 wheels for multi player mode, the wii remote just doesn't give you the same experience as the wheel.

+ It is really fun because it is challenging and you always want to see who is going to win, alse because you can play it over and over again, and you can unlock fun new roads, and cool cars.

- Once you have played it over and over again, and you win every time, it gets a little boring because if u win in every race, then u might get excited about unlocking something and if you find you dont it may get you a bit worked up. Also, if you could choose levels: Begginer, or Expert, then you could try and test yourself on a harder level to see how far you come.

+ Good fun, especially when playing with more than one person. Easy to control, my 4 year old is better at playing it than anyone.
