Very fast in producing the result required. Good quality dough and sponge mixture produced. (Feel obsolete!)
Excellent quality parts, solid and not flimsy.
good base to prevent sliding on work surface.
Various parts and their use easy to change, and to undersand.

Expensive initial outlay (but worth it). Slightly noisy.
container for extra parts not quite big enough to store everything neatly, (especially when a couple of extra items are bought), so fingers exposed to blades,slicers etc.,somewhat hazardous in the plastic container.)
juicer not inlcuded with the most expensive model. A serious disappointment. Citrus press not enough.
