Robert, Oxford Student, gamer, Mac user
- Good points:
-
- very realistic force feedback system
- good feeling to the pedals
- wheel is sturdy and reliable
- leather on the wheel is of great quality
- easy compatibility with most games - Bad points:
-
- Mac compatibility is limited
<> force feedback needs separate installation and only works on a
setting that allows 210 degrees of movement (105 in each direction)
from the possible 900 degrees that the wheel allows
<> full 900 degree action can be enabled (via another software,
FreeTheWheel), but the all important force feedBACK is replaced
with just a resistance mechanism that passively (independently
of game situations) returns the wheel to the neutral position.
- stick gear shifter does seem quite "toyish" compared to the sturdiness of the wheel and pedals
