+ i like the sound

- the product which i hhave got doesnot work properley and give lots of trouble

+ Cheap. Small size.

- The player does not always switch on, meaning that I have to reset it. Poor navigation menu means that the songs are presented in a random order. Buy a Creative mp3 instead.

- This was a waste of money as it keeps tuning off, and I have to keep resetting it. I wish I had just got a refund. Would not recommend it at all

+ I can't let you know about this product how it work because i couldn't even charged up. Probably was something wrong with charger. But anyway i would tell to other people not to get refurbished products.

+ NICE SIZE SCREEN, QUITE GOOD FOR ME AS I'M A BLIND PERSON.
CONTROLS ARE ICELY PLACED AND EASY TO USE.

+ Good about this product is I like the design, and the accessories with the product, i.e USB cable and headphones. It has large storage space for less price and again with storage space for videos and photos. Its very portable.

- It's battery life is less. Sometimes it just stucks in middle and never plays properly. Sometimes is not being recognised by PC to be able to charge and always gets message that its "malfunctioned".

+ Really light and portable, great for running. You can watch clips with some quality thanks to the compressing software that comes in the back. Really easy to transfer music from the PC - just drag & drop.

- The USB connection is a bit temperamental; if you want to open it with the Windows explorer you have to click and hold the window top bar, while it searches for contents (and until the content is displayed). If you don't, the window will simply close.

- broke down very quickly will not accept files in the main folder so they must be put in the voice folder and also started only working with windows computers

- almost impossible to put files on it, drag and drop doesnt work from windows XP, intermittent from Vista

- i found that the condition in which the mp3 player arrived was very poor. however the mp3 player performed nicely but was not restored to its original design condition.

+ Very good for a first entry into Mp3 portable music, very easy to put music on,very slim model to fit into your pocket , very good battery life is very good, My 9 year old Grandson loves it ,goes everywhere with him.

- Locks up occasionally ,but easy to reset. Can only be recharged by Usb on the computer, but the battery lasts very well.

- Powering down involves holding the on/off button and releasing as the screen dims and then goes out, leave it too long and it turns on again.

- The software ... either it's got bugs or it's the most counter-intuitive, unfriendly interface ever (IMHO!). I printed out the PDF manual which actually is quite clear ... but you try & follow it & it just doesn't respond as respected. eg: to select something (an album say from the drop down menu) .. you click 'select' & it does something else, most of the time. Then occasionally it does the 'right' thing. Incredibly annoying - eventually I've given up & returned to my basic Sandosk 1Gb unit .. mas I say, maybe my unit has a bug. Dunno, all I know is my unit is virtually unuseable.
