Good points:: It's not too noisy
Bad points:: cycles take far too long
it has already shrunk two garments and three towels that were washed at 40 degrees. The eco cycle seems to be the only one i can trust.
Half the powder remains in the compartment after the wash and if i put it in the drum (tablet form) a fair amount is in the door seal after the cycle ends.
