Little Tikes Cozy Cottage Playhouse

+ It is exactly what the children wanted & we are extremely pleased, many years of fun to have & that I feel is what childhooh should be about.

+ There are lots of different extras built into the playhouse e.g. basket ball hoop. This keeps the little one amused for ages.

+ bright colours, fun features - stove, sink, pictures, letter box, dog, windows, door. small but in a good way!!

- nearly impossible to assemble and still doesnt fit together properly.

+ My son loved it - as good in real life as it appears in picture.

- The plastic moulding was badly manufctured in places, meaning it was that much harder to put together. Should have taken no more than hour - ended up taking twice that at least.

+ The cottage has lots of interesting features and is a good size, so our son should get lots of years of fun out of it. Nice bright colours and think the football net will get well used in time.

- The roof was not particularly easy putting on and the instructions weren't always that clear.

+ My 3 year old loves playing in it - but nearly ended up sending it back as such a work up to put together. Compact size for garden.

- needs 2 adults to put up which is not indicated in web info. Screws don't always fit in securely and holes need predrilling. Panels don't line up accurately. Not ideal if it needs to be put togethr/taken down regularly. Delivery from company dreadful - needed to contact them repeatedly and they did not seem to care that product was over 2 weeks late. Will not buy from them again.

+ It seems to be fairly robust, has lots of nice touches ie. letter box, sink, cooker etc... In theory it's a lovely little cottage. Daughters love playing house.

- Smaller than expected. 3 year old and 1 year old daughter fit in with not much room to spare and I have small children. The build quality is the big letdown with this item. The plastic bits did not sit flush despite being fitted together properly as per instructions. There are gaps in adjoining walls, big enough for little fingers to fit between. Took forever to fix together. It's a pity the sink doesn't have a drainage facility. It tends to collect grubby rainwater very quickly, to empty you have to tip entire house. Not a big problem...just a wee niggle.

+ Fab sturdy product which my 2 year old and 6 year old both love. Also doubles as a toy storage area when they are not playing in it.

- Not really easy to put together. The stickers also peal off after a while.

+ Its ideal for 3 to 5 age group, my 3 year old grand daughter loves it.
