Little Tikes 440s

+ Well made and study with nice little extras like the cooker and phone.

- fixing the roof was a nightmare

+ My daughter likes to be able to open and close the door and windows. It is also fairly weather proof.

- The plastic red roof colour is a bit bright!

+ It's really roomy so more than one child can fit inside it. It's robust and weather proof, easy to clean if it gets dirty with what the birds do! There's lots for them to do and pretend, cook, clean, play house and mine pretend it's an ice cream stall.

- I think it would be great if it had a few more features on it like a doorbell/letterbox, maybe a window box that we could grow real flowers in, stuff like that so it sort of moves with the times rather than just a static house. But that's being very picky.

+ this item was reasonably easy to put together and its intsructions were clear.

- the only problem ww had was putting the sink unit in. it took two of us to get it in.

+ Fairly simple to put together. Both my boys love playing in there, rain or shine (it's a shame there is no central heating!)

- It requires two people to put up, and at least one must be quite strong.

+ Very solid. Good idea to have shutters as you can keep unwanted guests out.

- Took 4 people to put together as some parts were quite hard to fit and you need lots of support when fixing the roof.

+ My Granddaughter enjoys playing in it and she is the best critic of all. Its robust, solid etc.

- Did take 2 Grandfathers and a Mother to put it up!
