+ The camera is very good.

- The touchpad isn't sensitive enough and really slow. Texting is a nightmare and painfully slow. The software is slow and not very high tech. Overall the worst phone I have had in the last 5 years.

+ the touch screen is one of the best i used to have an iphone and i can tell you this out classes it. Very good phone and will be one of the best for a long time.

- The only bad thing i can think of is that the memory card slot is under the battery but thats about it.

+ Having always had Motorola phones I did'nt really know what to expect but when I my LG I really fell in love with it. It's really easy to use the sound quality and the camera are really fantastic and the battery life is good to. I have synchronised the phone with my PC to take photographs off it and it was really easy and the pictures come off the same as they would a camera and dont look at all like they have been taken from a phone.

- I could not get to grips with using the tip tap pen thing that comes with it, I only really use it when I use the phone for the internet. Sometimes when texting with the phone being touch screen and not using the tip tap it can go a little to fast and people end up with all sort!.

+ the good points about this phone is the camera quality, easy to follow layout and the look of the phone is very simplistic yet it has many functions.

- the bad points about the phone, is well not alot, at the moment my battery life is not that good but then again i am playing about with it alot to see what features there are. i can not state any more bad points at this moment in time.

+ You have no problems with buttons breaking, and the camera is excellent quality. The phone is smart and compact, overall a good choice.

- This phone is not easy to use, although once u get use to it is ok. If you like downloading music from a pc on to your phone theni wouldnt recommend this handset as it is not easy to do. The same applies if you wanted to put your photos on a pc.

- besides the low battery life:The most putting off is: no updates to fix bugs (and there are plenty)!!!!! Also: no WIFI, pictures quality poor for a 5MP camera, the touch screen is more of a push screen and can be very annoying, and many, many more. I can't wait to upgrade this ... phone.

+ Seemed fairly easy to use and was responsive but very boring screens and design. About 5 years behind a Samsung or Nokia in terms of pzazz. Very boring interface.

- The phone is boring and has no expanadable memory. IKt was flimsy design with the lens being a spindly affair which you knew was going to break and fall off, very unrobust. The aluminium surface was going to be easy to scratch and these scratches would be very visible in that surface.

- When you make a phone call and it asks you to enter an option number you are unable to do that with this phone as no buttons on the screen to do this, so you have to find a different phone to make your calls. That is not why you have a mobile phone.

+ LG Viewty Red looks fab! The touch screen is easy to use and the battery life is outstanding compared to other phones i have had. The sound quality and camera quality are top class and i would recommend this phone to anyone.

- The only bad point about this phone is the menu navigation. There are pictures to represent different parts of the menu e.g settings. However it is easy to forget where abouts different applications are in the menu. A simpler version wopuld be better. One button to bring up everything in menu on the screen , having contacts and messages etc first on the list. Other than that , having writing naming the pictures on the manu would make it easier to remember. Although im sure once you have this phone for a good few months you will be able to remember where everything is in the menus.

+ The LG Viewty has an excellent touch screen interaction, for example the ability to scroll through most menu's by touching and dragging. The camera has to be by far though the best feature, with high quality camera that does take excellent pictures and flawless video footage.

- However, the camera does start on power saving features and does't take the best a picture it can but it doesn't take long to amend after searching round the camera settings.
