+ my daughter loves the keyboard, and finds it really easy to use. She also loves to play games and listen to music on it.

+ The camera/video is very clear, and the effects to edit the pictures are very good. The phone in general is very easy to use, and it has a smart finish, on the exterior and interior. The range of quirky features (such as the ability to change the font) make it easy to make the phone unique.

- The keypad is tempremental-often instead of, or as well as, typing the desired letter (in this case, K, L, M and O) it will perform the shift function (arrows). It also freezes when in the message section regularly and takes an age to delete messages. The lack of memory available is shocking!

- when people send you text messages, you dont always get the full message. Sometimes you get a blank message, but when you choose the option to forward it, it appears on the screen (but not always fully)

+ I am a novice when it comes to mobile phones so when my old phone finally gave up on me I thought which should I buy with so many on the market. I was drawn to this phone because of the design and a big bonus for me was the QWERTY keyboard for text messaging. With so many features like camera, bluetooth, GPRS, part touch screen, MP3 player great for playing your music, etc. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to use and would definitely recommend.

- Unfortunately this phone does have some bad points, battery life could be better, camera doesn't have a flash, not great for playing games and doesn't come with a external memory card as built in memory limited.

+ This phone is great value for money. The qwerty keyboard makes it easy to text, write notes etc. The design of the phone is one of the reasons i purchased it and i am not disappointed. The phone is not as fat as other slide phones, I don't find it bulky and it fits in my pocket with ease. The phone also has a touch screen to dial a number without opening the slide this makes it a little easier. I went on holiday to wales this year and this phone got a good signal of 3-4 bars while my boyfriends more expensive phone got emergency call only. The camera's pictures looks good on the phone I have not uploaded any to my computer yet.

- There is no timer only a stopwatch and the battery life suck if you use your phone a lot. On standby its not that bad.

+ Very robust phone, love the slide keyboard, makes texting much easier, should have been an option in the above section 'BEST' thing about phone. Looks really good too.

- Battery runs out quicker than all of my previous phones.

+ The 'phone is easy to use and I like being able to text with a Qwerty keyboard. The speed dialling is very quick and accessible.For a woman user of maturer years the large text font is really easy to read!

- Unfortunately the keys on the qwerty keyboard are not large print and in certain lights are a little hard to read, fortunately I know my way around the keyboard!

+ Its easier to text once you get used to the convential type keyboard, and you don't need to worry about predictive texting. The screen layouts are also quite good and certainly a bit different from what I have had on previous phones

- The battery life does not seem to be particularly good and I think the memory capacity is not brilliant. It is often telling me that the photo memory is full when I only have about 10 pictures stored!

+ Texting is really easy and so much quicker with the sturdy Qwerty keyboard. The screen is quite big and the numeric touchscreen works really well. The camera is good for a 2mp, and holds its on with the video too.

- The phone has to be charged every other day and I don;t use my phone loads. If I was a big chatter I think it would be daily. The memory is not great either but will hold a few pics, vids and songs.

+ the camera is really good for like the type of phone,the music is good and a nice pure sound,the internet is good it takes a little while to get to grips but apart from that and the bad things in the bad box then it is really good.

- when listening to music then sometimes if you turn it up full volume then sometimes it is a still bit to quiet,the memory isnt very good because without a micro sd card the you can only put about 1or 2 songs on and one pici and 1 video.

+ This is a great phone for texting--much quicker than other mobiles. It's very easy to figure out how everything works and the battery lasts a week before it needs recharging. It is also the cheapest phone that has email and internet access--all in all it's a lovely phone.

- a bit slow at times which is quite annoying and sometimes my screen goes a bit fuzzy and i always think its gunna break when it does that. It hasnt broken yet though. . . but im not sure how long its going to last. Only had it a month and dont see why it should be going fuzzy or slow. ..

+ i bought this for my daughter who is 10 so its perfect for her, easy to use and has a great txt setting on where when someone txts u bk it shows u what u had sent them so u can rem what your talking about

- battery life is too short...i am finding i have to recharge the battery every 2 to 3 days whereas my previous phone lased fro 5-6 days.

+ Excellent ease of use for texting and the touch screen for phoning is great. The sound is good and with the external memory slot you can have loads of your own music and pictures to the phone. The screen size is clear and the menu is easy to navigate. A great phone overall.

- The only bad point I've found so far is that the camera doesnt seem to have a zoom function. But the picture quality is excellent.

- im not really happy with the battery charger it looks cheap and does not look like they have thought about the design at all, the conection part that goes into the phone does not look like it will last. Also the cover for the back of the phone is very thin.

- everything else, battery life is rubbish, its generally SLOW, doesnt come with a memory card, LOADS.

- the battery life is about 2 days maximum, it switches itself off randomly, sometimes the buttons on the front of the phone dont work, it can sometimes be really slow like a computer with no memory, its has absolutly no storage memory for songs, photos etc i had to buy a memory card for it, the internet frequently dosnt work properly, when you phone someone you cant hear the other person till about 10 seconds into the phone call,
