+ Very nice to look at, pretty indestructable, i drop phones all the time and this one has done well. Clear display screen makes using phone whilst walking or at night easy and an excellent camera.

- Its a sexy looking phone but navigating with a mixture of touch pad and keys gets a little frustrating, especially as its very easy to knock the touch pad and the fact the back touch button is the same as the internet button.

+ Super slim, great design, decent camera.
The supplied headphones are quality and it has even replaced my iPod as my mobile music player.
Again, looks fantastic.
Durable - I've admittedly dropped it a couple of times and it's not even scratched.
Did I mention it looks great?

- Doesn't utilize the *full* touch-screen nearly enough and when it does it's not the most responsive.
It's not the most customizable of phones in terms of the phone OS (though I've not had it that long).
Music management could be better (editing tack names/artist/album/etc from the phone itself).
Couldn't find the PC-Suite software to download and can't use silly mini-CD in my slot-loading laptop.... sloppy LG.

+ brillant when talking to someone very clear, camera and video effects are also good.

- the keypad tone is quite annoying so i keep putting my phone silent so i don't have to listen to it when texting.

+ The phone looks nice and the games keep you entertained when your bored at work.

- The battery life is rubbish it doesn't last long at all and i'm costantly charging it. It has run out of battery on me on so many occasions when my phone is in desperate need. The touch screen also freezes now and again, you just have to leave it to sort itself out

- however the one thing that spoils it a bit is the touchscreen menus can be a nuisance sometimes.
it can go on to something quite different the the bit you want on the touch screen and it can get frustrating

+ Its very stylish and hard waring. I like the weight of it as i don't forget to carry it with me. the ease of use- everything i need seems so simple to locate in the menus. Theres good profile settings which give plenty of control over the volume/ringtone settings and for use in silent mode the vibration is good and can be felt through a bag! I love this phone, its a good phone and even better as it makes me feel good to have it when im out with my friends.

- Bad points is battery life- i think this is purely because of the constant use my phone goes through. The touch sensors can be a bit slow but you get used to it after a while.

+ it looks amazing and is easily to navigate, either by using the numbers or touch pad.

- the battery life is reasonable but could be better, also if you press the back button to many times it always goes to the contacts page, which is slightly annoying.

- the battery can go flat quickley if used to make allot of calls, but it charges exeptionally quickley and will last for days on standby when fully charged

+ This phone looks great and and is very smooth to slide. The radio function is great and gets very good reception.

- Slow to answer calls when you slide it open, sometimes it will ring once more before connecting the call meaning you get a ring close to your ear.

+ The phone overall is really good, the camera is really good but takes a while to findthe right focus like it tells you to do. The memory seems good as well and it is quite easy to navigate around the phone.

- The touchscreen buttons cause me to constantly save text messages as drafts which is time consuming and frustrating at times, the camera quality is nothing in comparrison to my old Sony K750i phone which is disappointing, the battery life is ridiculous- and it doesn't even warn you that it is gettting low the first time it beeps to warn you is it- then it turns off.

- It cannot multi-task, if you are on the phone and you get a text, it cuts your call out, also if your face touches the 'touch screen' whilst on the phone it cuts out.

+ not a bad phone, slide function is handy for preventing 'pocket calls' as it locks it until you release the slide. looks quite good and the speakers are good for music and speakerphones.

- the touch function is a little annoying as if you are making a call and your face touches the screen, you can be pressing all manner of functions - i also found the music player a bit of a pain as if you keep it in your pocket, there doesnt seem to be a way of skipping tracks without unlocking the keypad and using the touch pad? or maybe i just havent figured that out yet. also when making a call, you press the phone key as normal, then for some obscure reason, you have to press 'ok' to continue?? bizarre....

- Battery life is not very good at all and it can be iritaing pressing ok every time your are making a call! You dial the number it rings and then you have to press ok to connect very frustrating.

- It was advertised to be a touchscreen phone, with all the modern touchscreen features. This however is not the case, as it is only touchscreen when you are using the MP3 player feature and the games.

+ Generally the phone is very good, for everyday use and there are a few handy features like the music, camera and easy to use messaging facility

- the selection buttons a touch screen style and they are too sensitive, but the enter/ok button in the middle has to be pressed quite firmly. by the time you've pressed the ok button, you've accidentally selected another function by the touch screen arrow navigation buttons. its annoying and wastes time.
Battery life is also very short. I'm re-charging every other day, just for normal use of the phone without laying music.

+ I like the look and style of the phone and the idea of the touch screen and keypad.

- The touch screen is very difficult to use and you often struggle to select what you want - wish I'd sent it back now but changing phones can be such a hassle.
