Good points:: Drum Size is excellent, The spin cycle is very quiet, It looks good-at least in my opinion, spins and rinses well. I love the sound it plays when the machine is finished and it switches itself off at the end of the cycle automatically.
Bad points:: Not the easiest machine to use, I still have to get the manual out to work out which option I need but like that I have many.

Good points:: this machine has all the programmes you need and more!! The steam programme is the ultimate must-have! its very simple to use, it's silent (even on non-silent programmes) and looks stylish. A great acquisition for any person or family. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase :-)
Bad points:: there are really no bad points about this product. Having said that, i only have it for a month. the price is quite high though i think it reflects the quality of the product.

Good points:: Only time will tell, it is early days but so far I am really happy with this washing machine. The choice of programes is great, the cycles are very quiet, and washes really well. It really is great.
Bad points:: It is quite noisy when spinning at the end. I have been finding hard to level the machine to perfection, and that could be the reason for the noise.

The disappointment was the steam function, which was one of the main reasons to buy this washing machine. I thought we could choose the temperature with the refresh programme, or that we could use just a steam programme on its own, choosing different temperatures and times. Something more powerful then the refresh programe.

Good points:: It is quiet and uses less water (even weighs the clothes to work out how much water to use).
Bad points:: Being a large drum size the door only opens to about 120 degrees.
