+ looks nice been black

- you can only watch what you are recording, which is useless really.my friend has a hard drive recorder and she can watch one side and record another. so for me it is ok to watch a dvd on and for built in free view but notthr record side of things

+ Image & sound quality are excellent. Set up couldn't be easier. It's so easy to find everything you have recorded as everything is automatically labelled & you can review /edit/create chapters/delete recordings via thumbnail videos.

+ I like the fact u can record a program buy selecting what you want to record via the guide a bit like sky plus. You can also set u a series link which is good too so you can record every episode.
