- Can be tempremental. Does silly things like loses the hard drive. First one kept turning its self back on again.

+ Absolutely every aspect of the tv is perfect except for one fault....a common fault with plasma apparently......!!!

- After just one week the screen had background shadows of channel icons etc from previous channels!!!

+ Excellent picture & sound quality. Integrated Hard Disk Recording facility - apparantly no need for any other recording device (e.g. VCR or DVD recorder etc.). TIMESHIFT MODE (dedicated for 1 hr max) facility - a program can be watched again if any portion is missed out, without having the whole program recorded seperately.

+ I can record one programm and watch another and pause live tv

- It locks up sometimes when you change channels also no sound out only optical which means i have to buy a new surround sound system,it also would help if it put a time bar up when you change channels to let you know what was on now and next without having to put the epg on

‘HD Ready’ is a Europe-wide standard designed to made HD technology less confusing. HD Ready TVs must have • Minimum vertical resolution of 750 pixels (in widescreen format) • Ability to display 720p and 1080i formats • An HDMI or Digital Video Interface (DVI interface) Full HD is a higher standard. Full HD TVs have screen resolutions of 1080p and can output at least 24 frames per second. Full HD is becoming common, but you won’t see Full HD on normal TV channels for a long time, so it remains optional for many people.
