+ Very slim design. Excellent picture quality. Auto set up is a breeze and the fine tuning ' Wizards ' are easy to use. The 4 HDMI inputs are enough for anyone. The USB input and Bluetooth are handy extras.

- Hard to think of one. The audio is basic but adequate and I prefer a printed user guide rather than a PDF file on a CD

+ Easy set-up, comprehensive and intuitive menus, great picture quality.
The USB port is fantastic - plug a pen drive in and play .avi files directly.
Bluetooth, whilst a little gimmicky, is a nice touch.

- Only a small point but the TV takes roughly 15 seconds to come to life from switching it on.

+ great image quality. fantastic energy saving mode which can be altered with the remote or automatically depending on the amount of light in the room. can save up to 77% of energy according to the energy saving icon that appears when you switch from low medium to high modes.

+ Excellent picture quality. 1080p via componant option perfect for Xbox 360 which does not have a HDMI output (not many LCD tv's have this feature) DVXHD compatible via USB

- The USB port is on the back of the TV, though an extention cable is provided
Viewing photos via Bluetooth is poor quality as images are over saturated, stick to viewing them via the USB

+ Easy to install . Excellent picture even without HD Box. Looks good. Good for viewing sports especially football. Sound a little disappoining.

- Cant get code for sky remote. Annoying using 2 remotes A printed guide would be nice as CD not really a user friendly idea.

+ Fantastic design, excellent HD picture quality, easy to use and set up and able to rotate the screen on its base for the best view from any position in the room.

- The fantastic HD picture quality only emphasises how pale standard definition programming is in comparison especially on a larger screen.

Most small flatscreen TVs have LCD screens. Some larger TVs have plasma screens. Some very new TVs have LED screens. Traditional TVs are called Standard or CRT.
HD TV	Full HD 1080p
‘HD Ready’ is a Europe-wide standard designed to made HD technology less confusing. HD Ready TVs must have • Minimum vertical resolution of 750 pixels (in widescreen format) • Ability to display 720p and 1080i formats • An HDMI or Digital Video Interface (DVI interface) Full HD is a higher standard. Full HD TVs have screen resolutions of 1080p and can output at least 24 frames per second. Full HD is becoming common, but you won’t see Full HD on normal TV channels for a long time, so it remains optional for many people.
Freeview or Freesat Tuner	Freeview
Freeview is free digital terrestrial TV. FreeSat is a free digital satellite TV service, which gives you HD programming from people like the BBC without having to pay for a subscription to a service like Sky.
