+ Quality of print is good and satisfactory for my needs. Speed is also adequate for my needs

- Had problems setting it up initially. Had to download software from the lexmark website as the disk with the product was not compatible with MAC OS Snow Leopard. Have not found out yet how to get it to print in reverse order of pages (that is, last page first, so that the bundle is in the correct order. Contacting lexmark and apple has not helped.
