I used the product 1x and when I was transfering the files, simply burned.

Easy to see at a glance how much space you have left on the drive.
- Bad points:

No instructions included in the package. You have to plug it into your computer to find the instructions on how to use it. These were not easy to find. A basic printed start up guide would have helped.
They seem to assume that you are an experienced user. Bought 3 for staff at a nursery for sensitive documents. Two members of staff are not experienced users; they had slight problems.
