Good points:: when I make stew and dumplins my grown up married kids always find out im making the stew and all congregate at my house,but they always wont more dumplins now we can have plenty. but I wish I had another 30 cm pan and then I could save some for the next day its the best pan I have ever owned I love le creuset . I have loads but this pan is the bees knees one day I hope to own all the range. What a dream ay
