More than acceptable coffee and froth
Neat, compact design
Plastic but good quality build

Unclear instruction manual - doesn't say you need to turn steam control knob slightly anti-clockwise to allow water to heat up to higher temperature before frothing
Plastic coffee measure is used as spanner to unscrew steam nozzle but was too flimsy to do this
