Good quality video and stills images. Very handy having software on the camera for video editing (although I had to go 'start,run,browse E:\ to find the video expression software).
We bought it as it is waterproof. we use whilst kayaking and canoeing.
It can also be charged up from freeloader solar chargers. Great when on expeditions.
It is a very simple camera to operate and the onboard menu is quite intuitive.
Haven't tried the one touch upload feature so can't comment on that. - Bad points:

No very good in low light conditions and there is no flash for night time stills so, I still have to carry a small compact digital flash camera.
Microphone is susceptible to wind noise. We aim to fix that with a small piece of foam.
Software a little quirky and sometimes removes the audio from video clips (this could be operator error though as I haven't done much editing yet.

- Screen smashed after slipping off a table onto the floor. It is nowhere near as robust as it claims.

- got it for my daughter for christmas ready to take some vidieos of my granddaughter so imagine how distraught she was when it didnt work not very good when a present fails.

- Good points:
- Very easy to use. Was bought for a 10 year old who is very happy with the present. With a good lighting can get better quality of the photos and videos. Bonus point is it's waterproof!
- Bad points:
- I would say if you want a really good quality for family memories then look for something else.
