+ Happy with the design, features and performance does a pretty good job as required for us.

- Accessories should be easily available through a dealer especially from a dealer where we buy the product itself.
Cleaning a bit of a issue on plexi glass covering the bowl. Currently, I mainly use for dough making and at the end of the process I find the bowl being attached to the base pretty tight, eventually finding it hard to remove the bowl.

- Dough hook has a plastic cowl which is to delicate

+ Very much like the one I was using in the 70's but with a clever bowl guard. I can't believe I've lived without one for 15 years.

+ the K beater produces the most wonderful sponges and pastry, so quick and easy

+ I have never had something like this- so for me (a mum of a 2 & 4 year old) it was a God-sent! I love how easy it is to chop, mix, blend. Still getting familiar with it, but use it every opportunity I can:) Very compact- I keep it out all the time!

- I have a dishwasher, so cleaning is fairly easy...but it does take a lot of space up!

+ Smooth, quiet and efficient. Read and follow the instructions and the few negative points i have read are completely cleared.

+ I have used a Kenwood Mixer for the last 32 years, that was the time mine lasted, it was used regularly over this time, I like all the different attachments with it and it is so helpful that the old attachments still fit my new one. I have arthritis in my hands and I find the mixer easy to use. I will certainly be recommending it to family and friends.

- the splatter shield is not very good, and at high speed the machine is noisy

+ We use Kenwood chef for many years and never had a problem. This is a nice looking unit. used few times without a problem.

+ Great kitchen help. Fantastic price at the time of purchase. The product allows the facility to buy additional pieces - a great bonus for an adaptable piece of kitchen equipment. Would recommend.
