+ A nice looking machine with nice features. A-rated for all functions which is good.
The lower tray is adjustable for large pots etc. and the upper one can be raised also, allowing larger items to be on the bottom.

- The spray arms are made of plastic at the top, and somehow it has a plastic feeling to it, as the wheels are a bit cheap looking.

- Large dinner plates take up alot of room. Inside does appear to be as roomy as our previous dish washer.

- Although it claims to be a 12 place setting there's no way you'd get this many items in, we struggle to get a days worth of pots in it. Wire drawers aren't as sturdy as my previous dishwasher (Hotpoint)

- I needed to send product back because my dinner plates wouln't fit.

- a bit loud (not well insullated), but dont bother me.

- A nightmare to load, (used to have a bosch though)!! All its cleaning cycles take far too long - over 2 1/2hrs!

- The shortest programme is the economy which lasts for 1 hour 38 minutes - I would have preferred a shorter cycle. The rack in the lower half (which can be folded down for larger items) often tends to fall down of its own accord when no plates are on it.

+ Easy to fit. Good looking unit matches perfectly with our kitchen. Its easy to use. The programs are simple to work and all of the programs deliver what they say they will.

- The measurements for the width of the appliance are inaccurate. The hinges at the bottom of the machine (each side) prevent the appliance being slid back fully into position. It thus stands proud. This overshadows the machine's positive qualities.

- Quality of the internal baskets and runners seem a little flimsy at times (compared to more expensive brands) but that is to be expected for a product that is considerably cheaper. They are still functional and the job of cleaning and drying items is done effortlessly.

+ After struggling along with my last dishwasher I was very sceptical that I had chosen a decent product for the price. I am however thrilled with my Kenwood dishwasher not only does it run smoothly but it washes very clean.and is perfect for large families.We are a family of six.

+ Very good-looking, and to get actual stainless steel finish, as opposed to "silver" for this price was excellent. It's A rated across the board, and so far cleaning performance has been fine, even glasses, which are often a problem.

- The operating buttons are on the top of the door - concealed when door is closed. They are soft plastic, and soemtimes the they stick down and need coaxing to come up again before the machine will function. I have only had the machine for a month or so, and it has already done this twice. It's seemingly a minor fault, but I do wonder if the buttons will not come up again one day soon! Standard programme takes 2.5 hours to complete!

- the cutlery tray falls over easily - needs a back support to keep it in place, also you can buy little bottle of stuff to clean your dishwasher, and they doen fit in this tray, and it hard to find a place to put it.

- It can be difficult to slide the top dish rack assembly back in, as its rail hits the curved corners in the back of the dish washer, causing them to deform into the center and thus jamming the dish rack.

- The top shelf stiff and .is very difficult to push in after pulling out to put items in. Also the appliance is very slightly wider than the measurements given and does not fit in the normal width given by house builders for dishwashers.

+ Genuine stainless steel finish (as opposed to silver plastic) at good price. Cleans well, takes difficult shaped pots pretty weel, adaptable space in bottom basket, fairly quiet. 'A' ratings across the board for economy, water use, etc.
Sleek, good-looking design, and "towel rail" type handle means no greasy finger marks on the brushed steel door.

- Programme button sticks down sometimes, so unless you realise what's happened, machine won't function. (You just pull it up and "unstick" it!)
Slow - 2hrs 32mins on the regular programme.

+ At the moment I can only say how pleased I am with my dishwasher,it looks good fit in with the rest of my stainless steel appliances so I am happy my dishes come out sparkling.

- A standard size plate will not fit in the racking without obstructing the water jet. You have to lie plates flat!! - which means you can only fit about 3 in!!

+ No knobs or dials on the front of the machine. Push button operation. Folding lower dish rack allowing bigger objects to be put in easily.

- Top dish rack is distinctly awkward to push back into the machine having loaded it and it "feels" very cheap !
The pull handle on the front door of the machine is open ended and provides a good catching point for clothing !

+ It's very quiet, fits loads in, looks good, love the fact the buttons are on the inside of the door, no little fingers pressing the buttons! The timer on the outside tells you how long is left, if more salt etc is needed. Extremly simple to use....

- have had to run the cycle twice a few times as sometimes it doesn't quite clean it all really well! The top shelf mainly. Could be the way it was stacked though.....
