+ the time delay is great, easy to load

- noisy and needs to be on the very hot wash to do a really good job

+ cleans quite well

- It does not allow you to stack average sized dinner plates as the shelves are set too low, it is imposible to fit in more than 3 dinner plates at a time without having it hit the fan. Not as quiet as it claims to be.

+ It has the sleek looking I was looking for my kitchen appliances and a beautiful and 'greasy finger' friendly stainless steel, very easy to keep shining clean. The performance is very good too, as it's my very first dishwasher it took me a good week to figure that I had to add salt and rinse liquid to get the best out of the washings. It washes brilliantly and even removes the hard stuff stuck on pans, dishes and cutlery. Option ECO cycle is an efficient option. I'm very pleased with the product that was also a bargain for what I got.

- Only the flippin sticker on the front - I think they put in there with super glue

+ Keeps clean, can easy to clean around the rubber sealer.

- Racks not well designed, if you have the bottom tray large enough for large dinner plates, the top tray is too shallow for large glasses, i.e.pint posts, red wine glasses.

+ Easy to use, does what it needs to, without too many options. We have tried "Rolls Royce", dishwashers before and decided we just wanted something to wash dishes thats good value. This does the job perfectly.

- THE ONLY BAD POINT IS THAT THE INSTRUCTION LABEL ON THE FRONT DOOR IS VERY DIFFICULT TO REMOVE, I HAD TO BUY A SPECIAL CLEANER TO REMOVE THE GLUE

- HAD I HAVE SEEN THIS DISHWASHER IN A SHOP I PROBABLY WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT IT BECAUSE THE SPACE BETWEEN THE TOP & BOTTOM RACKS ISN'T VERY BIG. IT WON'T FIT LARGE PLATES IN

- Poor quality lightweight construction. When opening door when not full, appliance rolls forward from its slot. Inside plate rack keeps coming off. Alarm noisy for use at night (prefer no alarm). Cheap and nasty compared to my last one. Have the impression it won't last many years.

- Some plate spaces are too close together so sometimes a plate is not clean on th lower temp quicker wash.

+ It cleans well and fitted into the gap I had easily.

- I can't get as many mugs in the top drawer as I could with the old one, and the cutlery basket is very fiddly to use. It's very light and doesn;t have a quick programme - quickest is 1 hr 31 minutes.

- had probelems from day one, cos it doesnt dry properly, hve already called out a engineer twice and still not drying

+ Cool crisp silver colour, ergonomic in design with an excellent easy to use digital programming device, much better than the typical dial that clicks through each wash programme. Delay start excellent idea especially if your on economy 7, let it burn the electricity while your asleep. Noise levels not to bad, got to remember all dishwashers are designed to spray water, so unless you sleep in the kitchen don't bother with any appliance. Very happy with purchase, excellent value for money for a slick modern, digital dishwasher.

- None realy ticks all the boxes for me, several wash programmes, serves as a replacement for another kenwood I had nearly ten years!!!!!!

+ Great product does what it says it should do. I like the knife, fork and spoon holders and the colapsable rack on the bottom self great for my sauce pans etc.

- Bottom self tips down wards when pulling out but after a while you get the nack of supporting it.

+ Easy to use control panel

- Very bad design for cups and glasses - they fall over easily. The bottom rack for stacking plates is cheaply made and easily collapses. Very disappointed in its practical usability.

- racks at the bottom constantly collapse.
The only plates that fit in are small side plates. The turning arm under the top rack knocks on larger plates and then the cups etc., which are in the top come out even more dirty than when they went in. Poor design, our plates aren't big!!!
Rack on the top isn't the correct shape for glasses and cups, they end up falling out and then tipping up, storing water in them and not tdrying.

+ Looks nice

- Dishes still appear dirty, things dont seem to fit in very well. The bit where you put the dishwasher tablets is too small and the tablets dont fit , it just pops open.

+ Stylish, easy to use, quiet & works very well.

- None really - it doesn't have a "quick" cycle, but this has never really bothered us.

+ Easy to use - looks good with the electronic pad. Really like the 'time left to finish' display. It working perfectly well. No complaints so far.

- The cutlery sections inside are a bit cumbersome.

+ The silver/grey exterior matches existing kitchen appliances.
Programme is easy to use.

- Doesn't always wash clean, many items have to be re washed, even though they were rinsed prior to loading
The rack for stacking dinner plates doesn't accomodate the average size dinner plate, therefore all items on the bottom shelf have to be piled up anyhow to get them all in, consequently preventing some items from being washed properly. I can only think this dish washer was designed by a man!

+ Great looking from outside, like the discreet programming as it keeps little fingers away.

- Inside the trays are flimsy and don't run well. Bottom tray tips when you pull it forward and the trays are not well laid out or adaptable. I had a damaged tray when it arrived and after 30 days it broke down and is still out of use. Great ornament not so great dishwasher.

+ Quite stylish to look at, but cleaning performance is more important than looks. Delay function good.

- Doesn't clean properly when fully loaded, does clean well when only partially loaded. This means I have to use it twice as often as I'd hoped. Top rack does not run properly on the runners - I've given up trying to pull it out more than a quarter.

- I don't particularly like the lay out of the baskets, they don't seem as space efficient as my previous dishwasher but perhaps its just the change

- the machine has been very badly designed internally not giving enough height for standard size dinner plates...you can only fit 2 dinner plates at the very back and you find yourself having to lie down any others , which uses up far too much space!!! the reason for this , is that the rotary arm at the top which sprays the water inside keeps bashing against the plates if you put more than 2 in from the back, i have tried to place the plates in various positions but nothing works!! so this is obviously a v large draw back for this machine!!

- The washing spinner is set quite low and many regular sized plates foul it and so it cannot revolve. Don't put big stickers on the front door that are almost impossible to remove. Too much pressure on your excellent roadies, they had to leave the job unfinished because of too many calls to complete in a day, not their fault blame the bean counters

Gennerally a terrible product

+ easy to use. Tablet program

- Bit tight fit.. not much space...
Program takes sooooooo long - 3 hours almost - old one used to be 40 minutes or so

+ It's attractive

- It doesn't wash well regardless of how much we tweak the settings. You can only fit in normal sized dinner plates if you shift the top rack to its highest setting and this then inhibits an effective wash.The rubber door seal has already come off and is constantly getting caught on the trays as they slide in and out.

+ It looks great - stainless steel, no buttons, slick. It was a good price.

- The programme buttons stick, the drawers stick, it doesn't dry, it smells awful all the time, it leaves things dirty, it has a very low upper shelf so even regular plates are too tall and the sprinkler can't rotate, it takes 138 mins (!!!!!) to do its 'economy' wash.

+ It´s a stylish looking dishwasher which cleverly hides the necessary buttons. Easy to operate and so far I am happy with the performance.

- The lower section could not fit normal dinner plates- space too low. also on 2 occassions wwhen I operated it- it did not clean as expected. Tried to fit 3 different types of dinner plates but none would fit in and had to wash all manually.

- 1. Plates did not fit as there is not enough height. You can adjust the height of the top rack to accomodate the plates but then that reduces space for cups and glasses!! - Really frustrating!!
2. High pitch signal to tell the cycle has finished - Really annoying if you want to put the machine on last thing at night!! Especially as it repeats itself - even if you use the pause mode!! - Really frustrating!!
3. Found over all cleaning very poor compared to previous dishwashers
