Good points:: Good cleaning - providing you get right settings and the knack of loading.
Alright for price.
Bad points:: Poorly made - trays come off "runners", rubber keeps coming out of door frame edge, too small (compared to my old slimline), much, much too slow and despite its AAA rating, seems to have most cycles on incredibly high temps (60 - 70c). My (very) old machine, which this replaced, did a quick 40c wash which was really efficient. You get what you pay for?

Good points:: it does what it says, it fits nicely under the work surface.
Bad points:: cannot get M&S dinner plates in- so will have to buy smaller plates . This may be true of other slimline dishwashers but check it out.
