+ The design of the JBL Radial makes it a cool addition to any decor and being a compact unit blends in very well, particularly the white version. The sound quality is fantastic and the thumping bass it delivers along with the subtle mid-tones suits all types of music. If you want this unit to play at your party then you won't be disappointed as it will reach a very high volume, distortion free too. The remote is small yet stylish and whilst it may take a bit of time to get used to all its functions, be it speaker or iPod controls, it does all it needs to do. After much research into iPod speaker systems I am really happy I bought the JBL Radial. It is a very good system that delivers quality, distortion free sound at loud volumes in an attractive, affordable package. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

+ Looks great and sounds great. Easily fills a room with good quality sound. Has done away with my stereo. I strongly recommend this product. I would say the best on the market today!

- The on off button is situated at the rear of the unit, and is a little bit awkward, shame it was not put in the front for easy access.

+ Fantastic sound quality, and awesome base, provided by the fact the speakers cover a full 360 degrees. The design is fantastic, and looks very stylish, and it is very easy to move to another room, or the garden

- The only problem I found is the preset volume, you can't set your own volume and so I found that one setting wasn't load enough, but that the lext level up, was too loud.

- Difficult to hide the mains cables from view depending on where you place it.

- AC DC lead is a poor fit & falls out sometimes when moving it. Struggled to work out the remote control but can use the IPOD itself so not a problem.

+ The sound quality is unbelievable & the sleek, compact design will fit in with anyone's décor. These speakers are one of the best purchases I've made and are worth every penny as far as I'm concerned. I 100% recommend these as a definite purchase for any ipod or indeed PC/Laptop owners.

- The one niggling thing is that there's no gradual progression for increasing/decreasing the volume. It goes up (or down) in segments & as the ipod's own volume control is not a factor then this may annoy some people but I mainly use the speakers with my PC so can easily adjust the volume to my liking. It's not a major problem at all but one worth noting.

+ size not to big perfect for my conservatory

- only one but a big one, the volume steps are to great you need the steps to halved at least. for te dinning room it's either to low or over powering. such a shame. Also independant base & treble adjustment would be very handy.
