Peter, Northern Ireland , “Rockband ftw!”
Score 10.0/10+ This is an excellently built kit, putting it together is really really easy and it has a really solid feel to it, make sure u read the instructions tho because the cymbals and drum pads do go in different sockets an u can mess up the sensitivity ift theyre connected wrongly, the pads of the kit are allot quieter that the original Harmonix drums and feel allot more durable. The best part of this kit is the authentic feel of the kit, it is much larger and the drum pads are so much easier to play on, so when ur doing those fast rolls like in "Run to the Hills" you dont end up crossing sticks. The bass pedal is also made completely of metal and is a thousand times more responsive

I read that allot of people have had sesitivity issues with the cymbals of this kit and my experience of them are pretty good, my cymbals wont respond to a feather light touch, but to be fair if your playing real drums at a gig you wouldnt ever hit them that light either. If your kit does have serious sensitivity issues then first check the guide to make sure yours are plugged in the right sockets, then check the tightness of the nuts holding them down, the felt for my hi-hat (yellow) cymbal is a little to small so doesnt fit perfect an this can 1 of the reasons.
Basically all kits are perfectly fine with some tweaking. i dont have any other down sides to the drums really theyre awesome.

Score 8.0/10+ good sensitivity, customisability is great, light weight and portable
- Not as high quality as one would expect from a full fledged set, missing bass pedal means that without buying this seperatly it is not fully usable as a standalone drum kit

Score 8.0/10+ Ideal for wannabee drummers who are afraid of the neighbours. Seems well made and the sound isn't bad when you put the x-box through a decent stereo system. Expansion-ability is OK and looking forward to putting it through a live PA at some point.
-
A serious step up in price from the basic Rock Band kit - but compared to other electronic kits, it's not that bad really.
Could do with some sort of hi-hat pedal expansion, just for the sake of getting a bit nearer to a real drumming experience.

Score 9.0/10+ great response, rarely misses a beat/hit
- storage. not as easy to store away as the standard drum kit

Score 10.0/10+ very well built, soft pads (seems to be like leather/gum rubber), a nice size which makes it easier to move around the kit, very good pedal although its quite loud i find it very easy for quick double hits.
- Its quite a pain to set-up but when you get the hang of it, its very easy to adjust the kit.

Score 10.0/10+ Nice quality. It isn´t noisy at all. Looks great in my place.
-
I decided to protect the pads with a plastic cover because even when the pads quality is great, i think i will have to change the original pad covers if i keep hitting them every day.
Nothing else.

Score 9.0/10+ Over the standard Rock Band drum kit this is far superior as you would expect for the price tag. Very responsive and more natural bounce so now when I miss a note I know it is me and not the kit. Symbols are nice and give a much more realisic drumming experience. And although this may not be as instantly transportable as the standard Rock Band kit it can still be easily transported and moved to anorher room or even collapsed down without to much effort.
- A minor point and that is that you will need tighten everything up once in while. I advise checking regularly so your frame doesn't seperate like mine did, not to drastic as I had wound the excess cable round the frame which stopped it seperating totally and crashing to the ground.

Score 8.0/10+ Pad sensitivity and sound is pretty good. Adjustability of the kit is pretty much infinite. You could spends hours tinkering to get everything exactly wher you want it. Comparing this kit to either RB or GHWT kit is night and day.
-
Cymbal sensitivity could be better. You really have to whack them to register.
The pedal is awful although I undersatand that it's actually a hi-hat pedal and not really designed to be used as a bass pedal. The pedal is noisy too (Clack, clack, clack) gets really annoying.
Looks like I'll be going for a Rock Pedal or a Destroyer to replace it (more money!).
