+ VERY EASY TO USE,LOTS OF DIFFERENT CYCLES TO CHOOSE FROM AND YOU CAN CHANGE SPIN SPEED AS WELL AS TEMP IF YOU WANT.HAS A QUICK WASH AS WELL AS A MEMORY FOR SETTING YOUR FAVOURITE WASH CYCLE.IT ALSO HAS A PROGRAMME FOR YOUR TRAINERS IF YOU WANT TO WASH THEM IN THE MACHINE! VERY QUICK AND QUIET ON THE SPIN CYCLE AND IT HAS A TIMER THAT COUNTS DOWN THE CYCLE TIME LEFT. IT ALSO TELLS YOU WHEN THE MACHINE HAS FINISHED "END" FLASHES TO LET YOU KNOW YOU CAN OPEN THE DOOR SAFELY.BASICALLY A MAN COULD USE THIS ITS SO EASY. I LOVE IT...

+ Easy to program, can reduce temperature/spin speed on a set cycle to reduce washing time. Quick cycle times and seperate spin and rinse cycles if required. Quick 30 min daily wash, shoe wash and options for extra stain removal.

- hand wash cycle the clothes come out running with water and on normal cycles the washing powder sometimes sticks to the clothes

- A little noisy, could do with a child lock to stop my toddler opening and closing the door when its not in use.

+ the machine overall is easy to understand and settings simple, you can manually adjust spin cycles and temp if needed

- the washing machine is advertised as having handwash which it most definatley hasnt? i purchased this machine on this basis as i have a lot of handwash items, i was extemely disapointed to find this out after it had been installed. the manual advises the wool wash programme is as gentle if not more so which is definately not the case?

+ It can hold a lot of clothes and isn't majorly loud.

- It takes quite a while to wash... 1hr 15mins for a normal 40 degree colour wash and nearly 2hrs for a hot white wash.

+ Nice looking compact machine.

- Spin speed isn't variable at 40 or 30 degree wash. It only spins at about 700/800 which means when the cycle has finished you have to put it on the spin cycle a second time as the washing is far too damp. It is also quite noisy in operation.

+ the cycles are good and the steain cycle really works it has got grass, oil and boys dirt out of white tops well impressed

+ Nice looking, easy to use electronic display and timer delay.

- No symbols on the front corresponding to clothes care labels. ie a forty wash with two dashes underneath - I have no idea which cycle to use. Types of washes not explained very well in the booklet and if you were to lose the booklet you would have problems. MAIN PROBLEM - does not rinse very well, even on small loads. Leaves white marks all over laundered clothes that you have to rub off or rinse again.

+ cycle timer tells you how long your washing will take. Also the extra rinse cycle is a great option I use on most washes, great.

- No down side as yet, only positives!

+ As the door is large it is very easy to load and unload.

- Sometimes when the wash has finished a little of the soap powder is left in the cloathes undisolved.

+ I am particularly impressed with how quiet the spin cycle is, I can hear phone conversations (the pkitchen phone) when the machine is in spin. The 30 minute wash saves time and energy and is ideal for a slightly soiled quick wash

+ it is quiet and reasonably simple to use... yup I am happy with it.

+ So far, has worked well. Noise level is good - much quieter than my last machine which was also an Indesit and lasted 15 years and was still working when I decided to upgrade. Good choice of cycles including quick wash facilities for different types of garments. Nice looking machine and you don't need a degree in technology to use it.

- The door needs shutting very firmly to trigger the door lock mechanism. Sometimes I have to shut it very hard 2 or 3 times before the door lock light comes on although I assume this shows that the seals are tight which is a good sign.

+ Display clearly shows cycle time for selected programme and adjusts this if the temperature is adjusted. Washing Machine seems extremely quick compared to my previous, items still as clean and the noise is much reduced

- Didn't realise the washing machine was a cold water fill which may have effected my purchase - however this has not impacted on how well the machine works

- Sometimes, whilst reaching into the back of the washer, my wife falls into a fantasy world where lions talk and a strange goat/man resides.

+ Very easy to use. Can change temperature on most programmes. Excellent price. Looks as good as models that are a lot dearer.

- The 1200 spin does not get my clothes as dry as my old machine which only had an 1100 spin. When using the spin feature on its own only has 800 spin.

- For some programmes you have to choose the temperature. This is a new idea to me, didn't realise and boil washed by first load!

+ Good value. Very useful to have a timer delay. Has many of the features of a more expensive model.

- A bit noisier than my previous model which was also an Indesit.

+ Digital clock shows time remaining left on cycle as well as how long each cycle takes. Shows the difference in time of cycle if you change the temperature which is very handy.

- Not the quietest machine, but for the money a brilliant buy.

+ Cycle times are very good 40 degree 55 minutes and 30 degree 30 minutes. Overall a very good washing machine.

+ Its easy to use, very affordable and has alot of short washes. Unlike any other washer that I've had it tells you on the digital display exactly how long the wash will take. It looks smart. Its also extremely quiet though it took 2 or 3 attepts to get the levelling adjustments just right - once correct its very quiet. It has a smaller tub than I have had in the past but because the various wash times I can organise my loads better. I love it!!!!

- It has no bad points apart from the initial levelling problem but this was very minor and certainly not a fault of the washer design itself.

- Uses a lot of water to fill the machine and no half cycle when you only want to wash a few items.

+ Was a cheap but value for money replacement for our broken Hotpoint. Has all the required wash cycles, decent spin speed and even displays time remaining on the cycle which seems pretty accurate although I have not check this against my watch! Does exactly what it should for the money.

- None yet - only had the product for a month but is fine so far.

+ The display on the front of the indesit is very helpful,as you can see what is going on,also has sports wash which is an added extra.

+ So far had no trouble with this product so far. Its performance has not let me down, its really quiet and has all the functions i need especially for chef whites.

Had to be a certain size to fit through our doorway into utility room so was quite restricted to models
Runs well and cleans well - washing always comes out quite dry after the spin which saves on drying time

+ The number of programmes is excellent, especially the fact it has one especially for sports shoes.
Also being able to adjust the rpm on the spin cycles is great.

- The timer nevers seems to be accurate - for instance it may say 49 minutes for the cycle but takes 1 hour etc. Annoying if you are in a rush and waiting for the programme to finish.
