Score 9.0/10+ Very easy to use press button instead of dial so if using the same wash cycle no need to reset. Spins well so no need to repeat before hanging the clothes out. Dries well.

- Can't get the soap drawer out to clean it. Have to watch it on auto dry, as it sometimes seems to have a habit of being on forever!

Score 9.0/10+ It is a neat machine. It doesn't fly to Mars, or sew up holes in your socks but it does what it is supposed to do and compared to other machines I've had it does its job well
- You can going straight from a wash to tumble dry but if you have to stop it inbetween, be careful to check all the dials or you will put it through a wash cycle again like I keep doing!!

Score 9.0/10+ It allows complete control over the washing temperatures which is good as a lower temp can be selected to help the environment. The programmes are easy to understand and I particularly like the sports feature for the washing of trainers.
- It is a little on the noisy side which as I can shut my utility door does not bother me overly but it could be a nuisance if the machine was placed in a kitchen. It's a shame as this is the only thing that 'blots its copy book' for the machine, I felt, was a good buy.

Score 6.0/10+ It's taken time to get used to the programming instructions - they are not so clear as the Zanussi machine we owned previously. Otherwise it does the job.
- Very noisy during spin cycles. If that's a concern to you,especially if the machine is fitted in an open plan kitchen-dining area, then look for a better specification!
