+ it looks lovely. I like the fact that is calculates how much water to use and I like the option to reduce the washing cycle by 30%. It is relatively silent and cleans much better than my old washer. If is not too complicated or flashy. It does exactly what you need a washing machine to do without all the whistles and bells

- It does have a quick wash facility, which suits us better, but we do not use the quicker wash, as the spin speed doesnt spin and leave the clothes as dry as on a normal wash

+ This washing machine has many different programs and is very easy to use. The instruction manual is brilliant, explaining in a table exactly what each program is for, what it does during the program and how long it takes. This is the best washing machine I have had, I use it every day.

+ The product is really good value for money. It's simple to use and it washes clothes very well. It also spins them well - they're almost dry when they come out.

- It is quite noisy. Also, the dimensions on the website are bigger than the machine actually is. If I'd taken notice of the dimensions, I wouldn't have bought the machine as it would be too large for the space, when in actuality it fits perfectly.
