- The first machine that was delivered did only one wash then broke down! A replacement was sent to me within the week (which meant having more time off work to wait in for a second delivery!).

- As of yet i have not found any problums with this item but i do wish i had bought the one with the time delay as i do like to do my washing over night but with this one because of the digital controls i can set it to starting washing but then i quickly have to turn it off to which if i did this i dont think it would do it anygood

+ User friendly very easy to remember which cycle is for which garments I ave kept the instructions manual nearby and refer to it for various wash cycles etc. You an also reduce the cyle time thereby reducing costs and energy use.

- On the anti- crease cycles you ave to remember to press the restart button again to continue and complete the cycle, very easy to forget to press this!!

+ It takes up less room than the old washing machine but still takes the same size load. Its a lot quieter and I like the 30 degree colour wash option - using it all the time for practically every load.

- When the washing has finished there is always some scum left on the inside of the door and the rubber around the door as though it has not rinsed away properly. When I come to get the washing out of the machine it brushes off onto the clothes and leaves white marks that I have to get rid of.

+ Exelent machnie to use. We are getting very good results. The controls are very easy to use.

- We had to have the Indesit engineer out after only two days because the drum had a very rough spot on a weld and it was damaging clothes. This problem was soon rectified.

+ It's very easy to install and use.The handbook gives clear instructions and several recommendations on which cycle for items being washed.

- The lengths of the washing cycles.Even with the added function of 'rapid wash',the cycles still take over 90 minutes.

+ Indesit have a good history with my family, reliable and long lasting. Spares are easily available if needed and resonably priced. I have already recommended this model to a friend who has bought one.

+ Price, Quiet, Smaller drum than my previous machine but still takes a fair amount.

- Spins very well but this results in heavily creased clothes which are hard to iron - not quite sure how the anti crease button helps! Much longer cycle times than my old machine which did a wash aty50 degrees in under an hour. This one takes 1 hour 20m.

+ good choice of cycles and can set temperature, my last machine didn't have this feature. quick cycle times and i love the spin cycle, it trys to even out the weight to get a good spin

- Trying to remove the transit bolts was a bit tricky with 2 of them being inlaid also, the trying to level it was problematic as you had to tip the machine right back to adjust it. Which wasnt any good when each time you adjusted you had to push the machine back into its slot in the kitchen to see if it was level, then, pull it back out to adjust again.

+ The size of the drum is adequate for my family's washing. There are indicators for cycle stages on the panel and to indicate when its job is complete.
It is a silent machine even at full spin and it has a cold water only inlet with an optional cycle for cold water wash.
All the features of regular pricey machines included in this model and for that this is excellent value for money.

+ is a very quiet machine. . . my other was a washer dryer, and this is 100% quieter. easy to use, not anything more i could want and i would recommend that you don't waste money on expensive ones with all the gadgets, i researched a LOT and this came up the best by far.

+ The 30 minute cycle is rapid and good enough to use on everyday wear that isn't too dirty. The controls are easy to use and it looks very pretty, shiny and new.

- The machine moves across the floor during the spin cycle. Even with being leveled, the machine moved so much that it pulled the socket out of the wall as it jiggled 2 meters across my kitchen. I have been known to stand with the machine holding it in place - tiring but I suppose trying to be positive it's a good work out for my arms!

+ This is a very good machine for a very low price, it does what it should and is very easy to use. The only negative I so far have found is it is a little noisy when draining... though that does not affect the overall quality of the machine wash.

+ An excellent machine. Sturdy, effecient, easy to use, and quiet. It has really good cycles, with a handy 30 minute quick wash. Lights come on periodically to show whats happening at any given time. We are only a household of two adults and it's completely suitable for us.

- No bad points as yet. Perhaps a big family would need a bigger capacity machine but that's all.
