+ it was a surprise no draw ? found it in the door! took abit of time to get use to it but as it is self cleaning one less job for me, and no where for germs to hide bonus. very easy too use too once you get past all the oohs and aahs from the children, it's even easy enougth for them to use. i can only say thankyou indersit.

- The cycle times are quite long and the spin for 40 degrees in my opinion should have been 1400 and not 1000

- Being easy to use, now Ive got no excuse not to do any washing (Man!!!)

+ Soooooooo easy to use. No messy drawers to clean. A half an hour cycle- who needs 2 hours for everyday stuff!!

- The sponge thing is a bit odd!! when I open the drawer it drips onto the floor, maybe I'm supposed to squeeze it out after use.

+ The daily 30 wash is very good, it looks great and I love not having a detergent draw that gets all clogged up.

- There is no 'just spin' cycle which I didn't think I would miss but it's driving me crazy already!!!

+ It looks fab, very tidy & high tech & it is nice not to have a window promoting all your smalls going round & round. It is so easy to use that no instructions are required.

- Can be quite noisy at certain times of the cycle & cycles do seem to take quite long.

+ I have had three Indesid washers and have always found them very reliable . This one being my third is easy to use, fast wash, and quiet.

- Because there are only buttons and no dials you are unable to get a wash lower than 30 degrees. Some newer detergents on the market boast outstanding cleaning at only 15 degrees but they would be pointless with this machine.

- It could do with just a spin cycle as if using 30min wash (which is great)if garment is thick(jeans)they could do with an extra spin or make that speed 1000 instead of 800!

- 1400 spin but only on 60 degree wash. 30 mins & 40 degree washes only spin at 1000 so clothes come out quite wet. This wasn't explained on any website I looked at.

+ This 'moon' is a work of art and is a delight to use! The difference in the wash was amazing - everthing has been given a new lease of life! Whites are whiter and even the 'quick wash' cycle of 30 degrees is first class! The spin causes a bit more noise than expected but it's worth it as the clothes are almost half dry when they come out! Obviously, the 30 degree feather delicates option does not spin - Powder,tablets and fabric conditioner options (inside of door!) (you certainly don't need to use as much as other machines to
achieve a great result in washing standard!) The fact that the machine came with a full year guarantee service and repair
and a further service thereafter of spare parts (repair man optional with fee)
really 'sealed the deal' No need for extras added to invoice re: aftercare Dixons were professional and efficient with speedy delivery
and connection by friendly staff. Plus the price was incredible compared to the other sites
for the same machine!
