- Does not work properly and I am not getting any service from Indesit. When I arranged for a service engineer to attend, no one turned up or phoned to explain the absence.

- Sometimes it can be a bit slow to respond to being turned on or reset, but this is really a minor thing. Could do with a wash cycle which is clearly just 'normal'.

Difficult to load - plate settings too close together and sometimes plates are unwashed.
Top shelf doesn't easily slot home and the pressure needed to allow door to close, can result in glasses etc. falling over.
At the end of a cycle crockery is not as dry as my previous model.
