+ Easy to use. Oven and grill heat up very quickly

- No grill pan !!!! Just a 'drip tray'. Stupid design to have to grill on an oven shelf and put tray underneath to catch drips. Means oven gets dirty every time the grill is used for anything other than toast.

- No grill tray provided - you have to use the rack instead. Other Indesit ovens provide a grill tray

- Very unhappy with grill. Grill pan does not have wire tray specific for the grill and trying to manoeuvre the wire shelf and pan at the same time whether to check progress of ,for example ,sausages, or to remove grill pan from oven at end of cooking is very messy with fat dripping onto floor,surfaces, or glass oven door. The space between the wires on the shelf are too wide even for large sausages or fish fingers so they drop into tray. The whole process of grilling is very dangerous and is a health and safety hazard.

+ Does the job!.. Heats up quickly.. Cooks perfectly.. No complicated functions. It's been a pleasure to use and I am very pleased with its performance. I find it is perfect for my needs, (cooking and baking for a family.) It's like an easy-going, reliable friend with no needless 'airs and graces'!!

- Might seem minor, but it is very much a 'blue/grey' white and does not blend well with the other 'big' white appliances in our kitchen, (dishwasher, fridge) which are cream white. This colour difference only became obvious when the oven was in and I was really disappointed about it. I would have chosen the stainless steel version if I had realised it was not a pure ''white'' . However, after a few weeks, I don't notice it so much now.

+ Easy to install - just plug in. Looks smart and controls are easy to use. Functions are basic but it has a fan oven and grill. Very good value for money compared with other makes and has two shelves which is a must for anyone who likes a roast dinner on a Sunday!

+ the oven was for my mother she has wanted one for ages so we clubbed together to get it for her for Christmas, well she had it straight away. She loves it hasn't stopped using it we have had loads of lovely cakes and pasties. Sounds like all good points, well done.

- difficult to clean the knobs on the hob and the hob smears easily so it's difficult to keep clean

+ this product is excellent it looks stylish,and suits any kitchen. It is easy to use and does exactly what you want and most of all it is real affordable and will suit all budgets, a must to anyone considering buying it.

the clock is not a timer for the oven so it doesn't switch off at the end of the time

- the timer is not very loud and only rings once. so sometimes i have missed it.

+ very easy to use even hubby has worked it out and he could never remember how to use the old one.

- hate the grill pan should have tighter mesh for wire part not just have to use normal oven shelf as stuff falls through lucky my old grill pan fits so I am using that.

- Difficult to understand what the dials are for. On the temperature dial you cannot see the numbers underneath the dial.

+ It's like a Tardis on the inside. It takes the same amount of space as the one it replaced but has a larger volume. The price was better than other models and I wouldn't spend more on something else, and find that the more expensive one was "just a pretty face". I cook and bake a lot and this model is very reliable....no hot spots or having to turn a dish half way through cooking. Incredible value for money!!!

- Everytime I cook anything hot steam comes out of the door at both side and its actually stained both the cupboards on either side....they are beech wood and have gone white in two patches!!! The seal around the door is ok and the oven is in correct but steam still comes out....I wish I had never got it!!

- grill bars are quite far apart so food can fall through, and also the grill heat does not reach the outer edge of grill pan so if you are grilling alot of food the bits around the edge dont get cooked
