- The oven keeps switching itself off and on again making judging cooking times inpossible

+ East to install, don't need any specialist electrician to install as it just plugs in to a normal plug socket - took 10 minutes to take old one out and put new one in. Has plenty of shelves most ovens come with just two but this one has three. Easy to use, even the kids can turn the oven on.

+ I bought this for my son and his wife and they are over the moon with it. It is easily kept clean and they are very pleased with the overall workings of it.

- You should give a small sample of cleaning fluid with everyone you sell. Not everyone is sure of what to use for the best results as not everyone has had experience using a ceramic hob.

+ The hob and oven are easy to clean and the oven heats up very quickly.

- I grill a lot of food and a seperate grill would have been useful.

- The timer bell doesn't ring for long enough or loud enough. It is easy to miss it. Not a major problem because we don't usually have to use it.

- 1st 1hour it needs to run and you get a funny smell - but that's in the manual. However it's still doing it a little and not too keen on that. Timer could have been digital.

- The grill is a slightly odd one in that you turn the oven temperature knob all the way around to put the grill on.

- The buzzer is not very long and if you are like me you don't sit in the kitchen waiting to hear the noise. Many times i am watching tv and the bell goes off and i don't hear it. Ending up with burnt pizza, er i mean spoilt home made Chicken casserole.
