+ Perfect size for me

- the doors do not open fully in a tight space due to the hinge end of the door swinging out so you need another 4" or so to ensure you can fully open them.

+ This size stops me from having too much frozen food...

- Fridge door is a bad design. To open you have to bend low or PULL the top to open..Bad design.

+ Previous fridge had a metal plate at the back which tended to collect ice requiring the fridge to be defrosted often. This one has the cold metal plate encased in the plastic back wall of the fridge, remedying the design flaw. Capacity seems good for size and it is very brightly lit.

+ excellent quality, good balance 60/40 in favour if the fridge, rather than just a tiny freezer, more common with this size of product

- there could be better handles, i have to stoop to open the fridge, and with my bad back its a pain

- Changing over the hinges is a nightmare and some design faults come up. apart from that it's a very good fridge.

- Be careful about allocated space, the doors need a couple of inches space on the outside to open fully. This isn't qouted in the size dimensions.

- temperature settings are not clear and accurate, prone to frosting, reversible doors are terrible as the holes do not come pre-drilled and indesit expects everyone to own a power drill to reverse the doors, makes noise even when not cooling, no separate control for freezer, freezer space is very little.

+ The energy efficiency is good & the interior design is also good for maximum storage.

- The freezer could have been bigger. The bottom draw is not full size.

- I had to turn the doors round and it was a very difficult job - poor instructions, maddeningly fiddly fixings and the need to actually drill new holes for screws.

+ Wanted a fridge with a medium sized freezer and fridge shelves which could be seen and reached without bending down. We need to see which ends of jars we have with pickles,jams etc. All these say to keep refrigerated after opening.

+ It seems quite reliable and keeps food at an excellent temperature. It's well organized inside (except for the freezer drawer issue mentioned in the Bad Points category and has plenty of room for a family of two adults. I'm sure it would be fine for a larger family, but I haven't one so can't speak to that. I had the same model in a flat I was renting and was very pleased with it so bought one when I moved into my house. I still feel the same.

- The lower freezer drawer is very shallow front to back and so it's difficult to get anything out without opening the drawer all the way. The problem with doing this is you have to take the drawer out when you do open it all the way and it a bit of a hassle.

- Freezer is a bit on the small side, Fridge door sometimes don't shut properly (might be because it's slighty slanted in my kitchen though - house obviously built on a hill!) and when it don't shut properly the light heats up anything on top shelf

+ I just love my new fridge freezer. There is so much room and I love the glass shelves. I have a freezer in my garage so I find the freezer compartments are ideal for keeping things in the house.

- If you have to swap the door hinges the one for the foot of the freezer is three screws into a small piece of thin rubber. It's useless for reusing but you can get a replacement online.

+ It's the right size and has the right proportions (fridge to freezer). I especially like the fact that the freezer is at the bottom as that's the door I open less frequently.

- I haven't yet been able to put in the hinges for the drawers in the freezer. (The bit that stops the drawers from falling out when you pull them out.) The instructions for that weren't very clear.

+ you can leave the egg/cheese compartment open and close the door and nothing breaks

- Don't like the little rubber bits on inside of bottom shelf on the door - find bottles can get slightly caught when taking them out - which is irritating as that most used shelf as where I store the milk.Why are they necessary?
Also, find bottom drawer of freezer slightly difficult to pull out - minor quibbles though - as I say am overall very pleased with it.

- Have to be careful about making sure that the freezer door is shut fully, but that could be because I have changed the hinges incorrectly!

+ Lots of space and the nice and clear shelves help you see everything in the fridge at a glance.

- Those funky built in ice cube trays are a bit fiddly and you don't really get that many once made. Would have been nice to be able to switch door opening direction without having to drill a couple of small holes. Probably true of all fridge freezers with the freezer compartment on the bottom, but I do find the smaller tray right at the bottom very annoying. We got a separate chest freezer anyway.

- It would be good if the bottom draw didn't come right out so easily. Perhaps a little nib of plastic under the draw would stop it coming right out untill it was tipped or lifted.

+ The instructions for use are clear. It feels solid. It wont go out of fashion.

- The freezer drawers are a bit awkward.

+ Good big fridge freezer. Reknowned to have one of the best energy efficient systems on the market. Runs way more quietly than our last fridge. Ice maker in the handle of the drawers is anice touch, which I might try once but will probably keep using ice bags.

- The fridge door handle is set too low for me so I use the top of the door sliding my fingers in and opening it that way. The rubber is set well down about 3" so can't be damaged.but if you hands are dirty it could be a problem, as could the large opening where the lower door handle makes a sort of groove that will catch kitchen dirt, grease and dust and anything else thats spilled down the front of the fridge.

Service from Tesco was great, ordered on a bank holiday monday and delivered on the wednesday. All packaging taken away and placed exactly where required.

- the handle which is not really a handle but a groove in the door is too low even for short people so you tend to open it from the side or top so can damage the seal, thats the real problem that needs to be sorted out

- If you use a freezer a lot (we don't) then this is not the item for you as the freezer capacity is limited.

+ This was bought for my student daughter's flat. It's ideal because I can make sure there's plenty fresh food in the fridge and there's loads of room in the freezer for all the neccesseties ... as well as some ice cream!

+ Good quality and the fridge compartment is capacious and sturdy with thick glass shelves. Excellent light inside fridge compartment and an evidently well thought out design. Very efficient freezer compartment. Excellent value!

- Small freezer space. Ice cube maker has to be bashed like mad to get the ice cubes out. A normal tray is far easier.
