Score 10.0/10
Good points:
No problem with anything I had do. Living in Spain caused a little bit of trouble when filling in my post code! This is my second Humax unit and I also have a Goodmans and two Sky boxes.. I use the Humax on my Bluray/HD projector which gives me a 2 meter image on my pull down screen, and the picture is excellent, and the sound is a 6 speaker system fed through fibre optic cables. Everything that comes out of the Humax is excellent
Bad points:
None really, just the setting up with the post code!

Matthew, Totnes

Score 8.0/10
Good points:
Price. Relative simplicity. HDMI and ethernet.
Bad points:
it isn't obvious how to use many of the features, or easy to remember how to use them e.g. favourites so we tend to scroll through the channels. This is probably an issue with all such devices (the interfaces to the old VCRs were notoriously badly designed).
